Founded by two seasoned real estate investors with over three decades of combined experience in managing investment property renovations, JT Installations was born out of a shared frustration with unreliable contractors. We understand the challenges and heartaches that come with renovation projects because we’ve been there! We’ve had contractors quote prices to get a job and continually add costs as jobs progress, contractors that simply don’t show up, and contractors who have done shoddy work and refused to take responsibility or fix their mistakes.
After spending decades frustrated with hiring contractors, we decided to do something about it. Our mission was clear: become the contractors we always wished for during our own renovation projects.
